InsightX Media Fulfillment Policy

1. Introduction

At InsightX Media, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our obligations to you, our client, and your rights and remedies in the event our services do not meet your business needs under the terms specified. InsightX Media is a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and operates in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Service Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Service Guarantee, which begins on the date of the completion of the initial service delivery (the “Effective Date of Service Completion”). Under this guarantee, if you, the client, do not achieve profitable results from the services provided by InsightX Media within 30 days from the Effective Date of Service Completion, we will provide additional service support at no extra charge until such profitable results are achieved.

3. Definitions

  • Profitable Results: For the purposes of this policy, ‘profitable results’ refer to measurable improvements in your business performance metrics (such as lead generation, sales growth, or website traffic increase) directly attributable to the services rendered by InsightX Media.

4. Claiming the Guarantee

To claim under the 30-day Service Guarantee, you must:

  • Notify us in writing within 40 days from the Effective Date of Service Completion.
  • Provide clear evidence demonstrating the absence of profitable results due to our services.
  • Allow us to review and verify the claim.

5. Fulfillment of Service Guarantee

Upon validation of your claim, additional services will be provided according to the following terms:

  •  The scope and duration of additional services will be mutually agreed upon between you and InsightX Media.
  • Such services will be limited to those necessary to achieve the initially agreed-upon profitable results.
  • All additional services will be provided at no additional cost to you.

6. Limitations

The 30-day Service Guarantee is subject to the following limitations:

  • The guarantee applies only to direct economic losses and does not cover indirect or consequential losses.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and is only available to the initial client receiving the service.
  • The guarantee does not apply if the failure to achieve profitable results is due to external factors beyond the control of InsightX Media, including but not limited to changes in market conditions, economic downturns, or changes in search engine algorithms.

7. Miscellaneous

This Fulfillment Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction and laws of Ontario.
